Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Service Call Audit (“we,” “us”) provides AI-assisted business audits and related automation services for small businesses. These Terms govern your use of servicecallaudit.com (the “Site”), our free AI Time-Back Scorecard, and any purchase you make from us. If you buy an audit, the Audit Agreement you accept at checkout also applies. Where the two conflict, the Audit Agreement controls. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business. Our services are for business use, not personal, family, or household purposes.
3. The free scorecard and site content
The scorecard and anything on the Site are general information, built from your answers and typical industry figures. They are estimates, not professional, legal, tax, financial, or engineering advice. Make your own decisions, and check with a qualified advisor where it matters.
4. Orders and payment
- Prices are listed on the Site in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Before payment, you complete a short fit check. We may decline any order for any lawful reason. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
- Promotional prices (founder or member pricing) apply only as stated and can't be combined unless we say so.
5. AI and recording
Our audit interview is conducted by an AI voice interviewer, and calls are recorded and transcribed to produce your report. We'll tell you this in writing before you book and again, out loud, at the start of the call. We won't record without your consent. See our AI & Recording Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
6. Guarantee and refunds
The audit comes with the 5-Hour Guarantee. If your report doesn't identify at least 5 hours per week of realistic time savings, request a refund within 14 days of delivery and you'll get 100% back. Full terms, including other refund situations, are in the Audit Agreement.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site or our phone line. That includes trying to break in, scraping, overloading systems, impersonating someone, giving us someone else's confidential information without permission, or using our services for anything unlawful.
8. Our content
The Site, our report templates, question sets, methods, and branding belong to us. Your report is yours to use inside your business (see the Audit Agreement). Please don't resell or republish our materials.
9. Third-party tools and links
We may recommend or link to third-party software. We don't control those products or their pricing, and we're not responsible for them. Prices we quote are what we found when we wrote your report and may change. Some links may be referral links; we'll say so where they are.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and the scorecard are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise any particular business result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, either side will first try to resolve the dispute informally by email for 30 days. After that, disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except that either side may use small-claims court where eligible.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
